Business Services Administrator
Harlow (Hybrid - 3 days office-based, 2 days remote)
Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
�26,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound telephone and email enquiries from tenants of housing associations and local authorities.
- Log all communications accurately, ensuring records are kept up to date.
- Schedule and coordinate routine inspections and small works for engineers, maintaining a smooth daily workflow.
- Monitor and update customer portals with job progress and completion notes.
- Handle queries from both customers and field engineers, providing timely information and follow-up.
- Assist Contract Managers with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure contractual obligations and service levels are met.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in an administrative or customer support role, ideally within housing, compliance, engineering services or similar.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a clear and courteous manner.
- Highly organised and capable of managing multiple tasks with confidence and calmness under pressure.
- A proactive team player who takes pride in their work and contributes to a positive working environment.
Comfortable using internal systems, CRMs, and Microsoft
