The Role

This role has become available due to an internal promotion, as the business always strives to promote from within whenever possible. Joining as a Business Services Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality business advice and accounting services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, providing expert business advisory and accounting services.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, identifying opportunities to enhance service offerings.
• Lead and mentor a team, facilitating on-the-job training and ensuring staff development.
• Assist in business development activities.
• Oversee project management tasks to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.

Required

• ACA or ACCA qualified, with at least five years of experience in accountancy practice.
• Proven experience in team management and leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationship
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Exceptional communication skills to interact with clients and colleagues professionally.
