Our client is a growing independent training provider, and are looking for an experienced Business Skills Coach to join their Apprenticeship delivery team. If you have experience delivering Business Admin, Team Leader Supervisor and Customer Service apprenticeship standards we want to hear from you!
As a business skills coach your duties will include:
Managing a caseload of up to 40 apprenticeship learners
Managing your diary efficiently to ensure timely visits and achievement of seeing ALL allocated learners within the agreed timescale and in line with ESFA
Ensuring learners are producing evidence of their knowledge, skills and behaviours in line with the apprenticeship standard.
Move learners through gateway and support with mock EPA
Provide one to one or group teaching and learning sessions covering core knowledge
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs
Meet Assessor KPI’s in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration
Attending and contributing towards standardisation meetings
Essential Experience and Qualifications:
Must be qualified Assessors with recognised Assessor award:
D32/D33, A1, TAQA OR CAVA, OR EPA
Must possess either a PTTLS/CTTLS or AET/CET or higher certificate.
Experience of delivering full Apprenticeship Standard and Functional Skills
Must hold appropriate occupational competency in Business Admin and/ or Customer Service Organisational skills
Confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
IT literate, knowledge of Microsoft packages, online/digital learning and webinar-based technologies
Knowledge of working with Highfield – preferred but not essential
Happy to travel within Essex with a Full Driving Licence
