The Cumberland Child and Family Wellbeing Teams are dedicated to providing essential support to families and children in need. We are currently looking for four temporary Business Support Administrators to assist with statutory tasks that are vital for the smooth operation of our services.
Role Overview:
As a Business Support Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the statutory functions of the Cumberland Child and Family Wellbeing Teams. Your primary responsibilities will include arranging and minuting child protection statutory meetings within specific timescales. Therefore, knowledge and experience in this area of work are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange and coordinate child protection statutory meetings.
Take accurate minutes during meetings and distribute them in a timely manner.
Ensure all statutory requirements and deadlines are met.
Maintain confidential and organized records of meetings and communications.
Collaborate effectively with team members and external stakeholders.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven experience in business administration or a similar role, specifically related to child protection processes.
Strong knowledge of statutory meeting arrangements and requirements.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
