Job Purpose
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Business Support Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide essential administrative and operational support, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our business functions. This role is ideal for an individual with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to the business, including document management, data entry, and report preparation.
Assist in the coordination and organisation of meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
Manage incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses and appropriate distribution.
Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and readily accessible.
Support the finance team with invoice processing, purchase orders, and expense claims.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and data protection regulations.
Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations.
Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks and projects as required.
Key Skills & Experience
Proven experience in an administrative or business support role.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
