Blue Arrow Derby are recruiting for a Business support administrator.
Blue Arrow are a leading recruitment agency in Derby, we provide staff to a large range of companies across the East Midlands, from receptionists, warehouse operatives, Chefs, Bar staff to management positions.
Due to an increase in demand of our services, we require administration support, to allow us to continue to deliver great service to our clients & employees.
Day to day duties
* Answering & dealing with inbound calls from companies & job seekers
* Pre screening & interview candidates
* Conducting proof of right to work & compliance checks
* Sending out relevant tests & recording results on our CRM system
* Potentially conducting site tours
* Managing the branch email inbox
* Responding to references requests
* Obtaining & chasing references
* Searching for workers on various job boards
* Creating job adverts
* Promoting job opportunities on social media
What Experience / skills do you need to have / What to expect
* Strong administrative experience of ideally at least 1 year
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent computer competency
* Ideally of used a CRM system previously
* Ability to multi task
* Work at a fast pace & be adaptable to every changing situations
* Great communicator verbally & written
* Work well under pressure, we often need staff in large numbers and at short notice
This role will be hybrid with 2 days in office in Derby , with potential for further days at our Belper office, and once trained home working for up to 2 days.
