The Energy & Carbon Division is looking for a proactive individual with exceptional organisational skills, a keen attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a fast-paced administrative role within a corporate environment.
The Business Support Coordinator will be accountable for leading and implementing a wide range of support and administrative duties to enable the successful delivery of the Energy & Carbon Divisions operations.

Key duties -
Provide administrative support to various departments, including but not limited to, scheduling meetings, managing calendars and handling correspondence
Handle basic financial tasks such as credit card bookings and Purchase Order requests
Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff members when necessary
Assist in the purchasing of office supplies, equipment and branded goods
Support the organisation and coordination of company events, meetings and conferences, preparing and distributing documents, reports and presentations as required
Oversee the divisions people processes and guides including the induction and training request processes
Maintain and update databases, records and filing systems accurately and efficiently
Lead and coordinate staff award schemes including reward and recognition schemes and annual awards
What we need from you -
Proven experience in a busy administrative role with the ability to maintain confidentiality
Track record of being able to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written format
Strong organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to prioritise tasks effectively
Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
About the Energy Division
This role sits within the Energy & Carbon Division, which contains our LASER and Lumina brands, providing energy procurement, contract management and decarbonisation services to the public and private sectors. Over the years, LASER and Lumina have grown considerably in an organic nature and have a solid, established customer base in excess of 200 customers. Building on that base we are embarking on a growth journey with a focus on helping our customers decarbonise their estates and operations.
