The Responsibilities



Business Support




  • Assisting Consultants in the team

  • Categorising candidates on CRM

  • Uploading new candidates to CRM

  • Advertise and maintain active roles on job sites

  • Advertise and maintain active roles on the website

  • Confirm candidate interviews, where required

  • Managing client candidate portals, where required

  • Upload adverts to social media platforms

  • Search for relevant candidates on job sites and Intelligence

  • Any other admin duties to support the recruitment cycle in the business



Junior Consultant




  • Search for candidates on job sites and Intelligence

  • Shortlisting candidates for roles you are given

  • Advertising roles on all platforms

  • Interviewing perspective candidates via the telephone and video calls

  • Presenting candidates to clients

  • Daily use of CRM - Intelligence

  • Arranging interviews for your candidates and prepping them beforehand

  • Managing the recruitment cycle



Project Work



There are various projects which may arise during employment which you may be given to work on including:




  • Events

  • Social media

  • Job sites

  • Marketing

  • Candidate attraction



Training & Development



Training will be given when joining and a development plan will be agreed with your line manager to set milestones and goals for the placemen period.
