Red Recruitment is recruiting a Business Support Officer in Bristol to join our client, this role will be supporting the new housing applications department.

This is a temporary position, the hourly rate is �13.47 per hour.

You will be required to work in the office located in Kingswood

To be considered for this role, you must have note taking experience.

Benefits and Package for a Business Support Officer:

  • Salary: �13.47 per hour
  • Hours: Monday - Friday, Monday - Thursday, 8.45am - 5pm and Friday, 8.45am - 4.30pm
  • Contract Type: Temporary ongoing
  • Location: based in the Kingswood Office

Key Responsibilities for a Business Support Officer:

  • Supporting the professional teams in the new housing applications department
  • Dealing with complex calls whilst going through the application process
  • Attending meetings to take notes quickly and without error
  • Uploading notes to the organisational databases
  • Creating agendas and distributing them

Key Skills and Experience of a Business Support Officer:

  • Strong administrative skills are required
  • You should be highly organised and be able to manage your own daily tasks
  • Excellent written communication skills is required
