Location: Leeds, hybrid working - 2 days per week in Leeds
Salary: £50,000 + 10% Bonus, 8% employer pension, 25 days holiday & much more

Business Systems Analyst Responsibilities
Lead workshops and meetings to understand business problems and define system requirements.
Act as a bridge between business and IT, ensuring clarity in system changes.
Work closely with Agile scrum teams, translating business/system requirements into user stories and maintaining the development backlog.
Support the assessment and estimation of system changes based on business priorities.
Collaborate with external third-party suppliers both in the UK and offshore..
Contribute to business change pipeline management and recommend system/process improvements.
