Business Travel Consultant Weekends and Evenings Fully Remote. A global Business Travel company are expanding their out of hours team and have an exciting opportunity which includes supporting clients over the telephone and by email with new and existing reservations, whilst offering a high level of service. This role will be working between 30-40hrs per week covering daytime weekend shifts weekend shifts 8.30am-6pm (approx 3 per months) and weekday shifts 5.30pm-12am and offers a salary up to £35k FTE Suitable candidates will have experience working in business travel using sabreBusiness Travel Consultants Weekends and Evenings duties:Manage a portfolio of existing clients and accounts including offline/email bookings Always offer first class customer service.Provide a variety of quotations to clients without favouring any airline/supplier using AmadeusDeal with emergency calls and situations for clients as and when they arise.Work closely with both Ticketing and Finance to ensure reservations/tickets are issued without any problems.Meet and exceed personal objectives in line with company KPIs and account SLAs.Business Travel Consultants Weekends and Evenings skills required.Business Travel experience is essentialExperience using sabreAble to work between 30-40hrs per week approx 3 daytime weekends each month and evening shiftsIf you are interested in the above role, please apply online or send your cv to ##### or call 01612384491.
