Business Unit Manager / Branch Manager - Fabrication & Powder Coating

Due to a recent buy out, an opportunity has arisen for a motivated Business Manager / Branch Manager / Operations Manager to lead this well established sheet metal fabrication business.
With potential for shared ownership, this could be a rewarding role for the right candidate.

The role

• Manage a small team of Fabrication Engineers on site
• Drive new business opportunities as well as develop existing accounts
• Ensure workshop is running efficiently and safely
• Work closely with the Company Director to assist with day to day running of the business.

You:

• Sound experience in sheet metal fabrication / enclosures / powder coating
• Good all round knowledge of leading a business or department
• Work flexibly and able to multi task.
• Proven success in managing a team

Benefits

• Negotiable Salary depending on experience. circa �50-60k
