Butcher

TeamJobs are looking for an additional Skilled Butcher to join our client, a well-established local company based in Trowbridge that invests time and training in their employees.

Responsibilities as a Skilled Butcher:

• Cutting, boning, trimming meat
• Meat portioning against specification
• Ensuing all standards are followed
• Operating machinery
• Helping in other areas of the production as and when required
• Ability to work as part of a team

What you will need to be successful:

• Previous experienced required
• Excellent attend to detail
• Experienced knife handler with ability to de-bone and trim meat
• Numeracy and reading skills required to work on customer specification

Hours as a Skilled Butcher

• 7:00- 15:00 Monday to Friday with potential extra hours
• Temporary to Permanent contract
• Pay between �12.50- �15.00 per hour, depending on experienced
• Temp to perm contract after 12 weeks
