Job DescriptionAs a Compliance Agent for Buyers, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and efficient home buying experience for our clients. You will be responsible to collect all necessary documents from prospective buyers, including but not limited to identification and verification documents and proof of funds to purchase the property. Your role will also involve coordinating with various stakeholders and providing essential support to our buyers during the offer process. Key Responsibilities Thoroughly verify the authenticity and accuracy of all collected documents to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirementsLiaise with buyers to obtain outstanding documents and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.Maintain organised records of all transactions and documents.Collaborate with our sales team to ensure a seamless transition from offer acceptance to closing.Skills Previous experience in a similar role in the real estate industry is preferred but not mandatory.Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with estate agency and compliance requirements is a plus.Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, document management systems).TrainingYou will be provided with extensive and regular training on all processes and regulations and be required to complete and demonstrate a level of competency after training for performance of the role.
