Our client is an innovative developer specializing in the construction of residential projects encompassing luxury homes and design and build apartments. Additionally, they undertake a wide range of commercial projects in various sectors, such as care homes, retail spaces, warehouses, office buildings, restaurants, and leisure facilities, with project values ranging from �700,000 to over �5 million.

They are now recruiting for an Assistant Buyer to join their business.

Duties and responsibilities to include assisting with the below:

• Procurement development from start to finish on a range of new build developments
• Management of group subcontractors regarding any purchasing
• Supporting in regard to buying & purchasing across the region
• Procurement of all sites SLA's
• Liaising with internal and external teams
• Responsible for contract documentation & new product set ups
• Design & implementation of tenders

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor of all levels to help continue our fantastic projects in Refurbishments, social housing, local authority projects including Schools and Libraries. Due to expansion of works and projects this established business is offering a rare opportunity to join this settled company.
