Buyer

My client are a leading housebuilder, boasting a stellar reputation for creating exceptional family homes across the UK.

Due to sustained growth, they are recruiting for a Buyer to join their team. You'll be working on new build housing projects.

Duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to:

• Procurement development from start to finish on a new build housing projects
• Management of group subcontractors regarding any purchasing
• Supporting the Procurement Manager in regard to buying and purchasing.
• Liaising with internal and external teams
• Responsible for contract documentation and new product set ups
• Cost management

Requirements:

• Experience in working as a buyer for a housebuilder or main contractor
• Experience with using procurement software
