Do you have 2-3 years experience in Procurement?
Do you have a CIPS qualification or working towards one?
Have you dealt with IT Purchasing?
My client are looking to engage an experienced buyer (2-3 years) to assist the team in looking after the purchasing needs of�a key part of the business. You will assist with the selection and negotiating of new and existing supplier contracts, and ensure�the timely raising of PO in line with new procurement policy�
Additionally you will carry out on-going due diligence of key supplier to manage risk and support out regulatory requirements whilst liaising with approved suppliers and running service reviews and assist with audits
Whilst there are specific demands of the role it is also key that you are a team player with a friendly and engaging nature, You will be part of a team where each member has their own strengths and you will be expected to give and receive support when needed.
Hours 9.00-5.00
2-3 days in the office per week depending on the needs of the business
38 days Holiday�
