ABOUT THE ROLE

An opportunity has arisen for a Branded Lifestyle Buyer to join this evolving retail business. You will join a close knit team of buyers taking ownership of your selected categories with the support of an Assistant. Your role will include product range selection in line with the company strategy, performing regular analysis and reviews on range and product performance.

Key responsibilities:

• Seasonal and Branded Buying Strategy


• Working with the Head of Buying and Merchandising on the Brand Plan, seasonal trading plan and trading calendar


• Managing, following and delivering the critical path


• Working cross functionally with to deliver concept and in-store experience to the customer


• Working with design and souring to developing own brand product


• Liaising with suppliers and developing long term relationships and maximising strength of brand partnerships

ABOUT THE CANDIDATE

The successful applicant will have previous working experience of performing well in a Branded Buying role in Fashion, Non-Fashion or Lifestyle seasonal trend led product or similar. You will be a commercial minded individual who thrives on continuous improvement and embraces change. FYI - this would not suit someone from a branded FMCG background (i.e. Food/Drinks/HouseHold etc). You must be located in the South West region with the ability to travel to Head Office in Gloucester 2-3 days per week to be successful in this role.

SALARY

�55,000 - �65,000 - Flexible depending on experience
