Purpose of the role:
To support the Buying team in managing the selection and production processes for the catalogue.
\n
Key Responsibilities for the Buying Administrator Role:
\n
\n- Filing all invoices for ordering, logging and returning samples from suppliers
\n- Organising samples for selection, photo shoots, logging all items on excel
\n- Accurately recording information managing all administration related to product selected
\n- Writing detailed product descriptions for the Buyer to use in web and catalogue copy
\n- Organising all pack ups for photo shoots
\n- Logging details of all books and stationery
\n- Creating a bank of images for website and catalogue
\n- Checking copy information for website matches and catalogues
\n- Dealing with any customer or warehouse queries to resolve any quality issues or providing additional information.
\n- Checking catalogue layouts and proofs ensuring all correct products are listed
\n- General admin support
\n
