  • Object-oriented programming experience
  • Ability to work in line with ticket+ standards
  • Strong written English and software specification writing skills
  • Ideally, experience with Visual Studio and MFC
  • Some experience with UML or equivalent processing
  • Presentation and training skills, with confidence in a customer-facing role
