C# Software Engineer - Energy Trading

A young but fast growing Energy Trading company are currently seeking a adept Software Engineer to support and collaborate across teams to enhance their core systems, enabling seamless trading, risk management, and logistics operations. As a C# Developer, you'll: Work on multi-commodity energy trading, fostering direct engagement with stakeholders. Engineer new functionalities on our credit and trading systems using C#/.NET, Azure, and SQL. Elevate integration and testing methodologies to fortify system robustness and agility. Contribute to a culture of excellence and automation, aligning with modern software engineering principles. Collaborate seamlessly within hybrid teams to deliver on evolving business needs. Champion end-to-end problem ownership, from ideation to resolution. Qualifications required of the C# Developer: Extensive coding experience in C#, coupled with proficiency in SQL, and PowerShell. Familiarity with cloud-based architectures, particularly Azure technologies. Adeptness with C# .NET, REST APIs, and data access development. Prior exposure to energy trading. This role offers a hybrid work arrangement (required in office 2 times a week, flexible on what days) with a salary range of £75,000 - £100,000, depending on experience.
