Cable Assembler

CABLE ASSEMBLER REQUIRED ASAP BASINGSTOKE, HAMPSHIRE. �16 - 21PH IMMEDIATE STARST AVAILABLE

A leading Electronics Manufacturing company located in Basingstoke is seeking skilled Cable Assemblers to join their expanding production team.

This position offers a long-term contract with regular overtime opportunities.

As a Cable Assembler, you will be responsible for:

Assembling cables with precision and accuracy

Wiring looms and harnesses

Soldering various connectors, including D-Type, Molex, and Amphenol connectors

Performing fine soldering (ideally to IPC-A-620 or J-STD standards)

Crimping, looming, and terminating cables with a high level of skill

Using a variety of crimping tools effectively

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and instructions

Applying basic knowledge of electronic components

Key Skills and Attributes:

Excellent soldering and crimping abilities

Strong hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and good eyesight

Competence with engineering documentation and technical tools
