Our client is an electrical cable jointing company working within the power distribution industry. Due to the expansion of our operations, we have fantastic new opportunities for Cable Jointers in the Reading & Slough area.

Basic salary of �65,000 - �70,000 with potential bonuses expected total earnings between �75,000 - �90,000 per year.

Self Employed Basis - Based on a five-day working week. Van, Fuelcard, Tools and PPE will be provided
Description: Lay, joint, terminate and repair underground power cables
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintaining health and safety standards for self, co-workers, public and other trades
* Completion of POWRA and all other relevant paperwork e.g. network drawings
* Daily completion of low voltage and/or high voltage joints, terminations recorded with photographic evidence
* Shared Driving
* Responsible for the recording of completed works and allocating wage requests for all members of their jointing team
Candidates Must Have:
* Current or previously held SSEN authorisation
* Full UK driving licence
* Good communication and customer service skills

Not essential but preferred:
* ESUR Shea Power / CSCS
* NRSWA
* Manual handling
* Emergency first aid at work

In return:
