CAD Draughtsman/Operator

A privately owned, award winning (NHBC & LABC)�House Builder that consistently produces some 400 units a year, on a traditional build basis, in and around the Peterborough/Lincolnshire area.

An experienced CAD Operator is required to work within the Technical department and produce detailed drawings of proposed Housing projects, in line with building regs.�

Experience of CAD and UK regulations is essential.

This position comes with a competitive salary and package, which includes but is not limited to an EV with free charging at the office.�
