In this role, you will be responsible for both residential and commercial projects, creating the initial designs, drawing plans for housing and extension projects, liaising with external customers and clients, as well as authorities and conversing with the builders throughout the process.
This role would suit a CAD Technician who is happy to travel to company work sites, looking to join and become a key member of tight-knit and skilful team, with the added benefit of achievable career progression into senior and managerial positions.
