Cafe Manager

Brand new Stratford Cafe and Events space seeks service-forward Cafe/Bar Manager to oversee coffee and service operations.

Extensive knowledge of bar, cafe & barista operations
Minimum 1 year experience in a similar bar cafe manager role
Personable, warm, friendly and a passion for hospitality and coffee
Dynamic &proactive people manager
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Ensure high standards of service are developed and maintained throughout the venue
Facilitate the smooth running of private hires & events
Liaise with the General Manager to ensure food, beverage standards are met at all times
Ensure floor and bar service areas are consistently prepped for service
Ensure all service procedures are correctly followed
Ensure all checklists are completed with the bar teams each day
Being fully present on the bar during hours of service
Have the confidence to make service decisions
