CAFM Manager
Location:�Cumbria
Salary:�Up to �50,000 (DOE)
We are looking for an experienced�CAFM Manager�to oversee the management, configuration, and optimisation of our�Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system. This role is essential in ensuring the system supports operational efficiency, data accuracy, and effective facilities management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the configuration, operation, and maintenance of the CAFM system.
- Act as the primary point of contact for CAFM-related queries and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with software vendors and IT teams to resolve system issues and implement upgrades.
- Maintain accurate records of assets, maintenance schedules, space usage, and equipment.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure facility management activities remain on track and within budget.
- Provide user support and training for facilities management teams to ensure effective use of the CAFM system.
- Conduct assurance activities to ensure process adherence and data accuracy.
- Generate and analyse reports on space utilisation, maintenance activities, and operational performance.
- Collaborate with operations teams to identify workflows and processes that can be improved through CAFM.
- Ensure all related processes are documented and that appropriate training is provided to operations staff and contractors.
What We Are Looking For:
- Strong knowledge and experience with CAFM software (e.g., Archibus, Planon, FM:Systems, Maximo).
- Experience in mobilising new contracts within a CAFM system.
- Industry experience in delivering multi-disciplined FM contracts.
- Strong communication skills for training users and liaising with departments and vendors.
- Good analytical skills to identify issues, find solutions, and make data-driven decisions.
- A technical qualification in Electrical or Mechanical disciplines.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
