I'm working with a leading educational institution in the Manchester region, to recruit an experienced CAFM technician to join their in-house Estates Team, to help oversee the implementation of a new CAFM system.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain the CAFM system and database
- Maintain planned PPM schedules to ensure smooth delivery
- Maintain user accounts within the CAFM system
- Help implement a new CAFM system into the estates department
- Offer support to CAFM users through helpdesk system
- Test changes, new features and updates to the CAFM system prior to deployment in the live environment.
- Support the Asset Manager with any other requests to maintain and develop the functionality of the CAFM system.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in a helpdesk environment, specifically in an estate or facilities setting
- Excellent IT skills, including acting as a master user
- Experience implementing a new CAFM (desired)
- Process-driven mindset with problem-solving skills
