Hiring�Call Centre Agent to work in�Hertford!
You will be recovering unpaid service charge and ground rent arrears in a timely and accurate manner. You will be working to set service level agreements. Ensuring agents are kept regularly updated with the latest progress of each case referred to the client.
Call Centre Agent Salary:
�25,000 per annum�
Salary review every 6 months
25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays
Call Centre Agent Details:
Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00
Recovering unpaid monies in a timely and accurate manner
Providing prompt and efficient service to clients
Dealing with inbound/outbound calls
Following set processes and guidelines to ensure all required actions are carried out to achieve the desired outcome
Processing card and cheque payments
Assisting clients with any queries and responding to emails
Ensure daily individual and team targets are achieved
Preparing and serving section 121 notices
Reporting to the management team
Call Centre Agent�Requirements:
Excellent customer service, communication and organisational skills
Great telephone manner and familiarity with customer systems
High attention to detail
