Salary: Competitive (£40-50k pa basic salary) with performance-based bonuses - OTE £90 - £100k + sum is achievable.

Prosper Recruitment are excited to be working on this this large recruitment campaign and have started their search for three charismatic, high-performing Sales Managers on this clients behalf. Prosper Recruitment are looking for 'stand out candidates' who excel at building trust and delivering amazing results through their sales team who are trained create exceptional client experiences.

This is a non active sales role, your focus will be on training new recruits and managing elite sales professionals to be the welcoming face of the company, providing top-tier, non-clinical consultations on treatments and financing options in an atmosphere designed to make clients feel pampered and supported.

Job Overview:

As Sales Manager you will hold a crucial leadership role, overseeing multiple teams of inside sales specialists (comprising 8-13 agents per team). This non-active sales position focuses on the personal development of your team members through effective onboarding, comprehensive training, performance management, and driving high levels of engagement. You will closely collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure exceptional service and support customers through your sales team, particularly during challenging sales situations where your specialists seek assistance in closing sales and "second facing".

  • \nQuality Assurance Collaboration: Work closely with the quality assurance team to maintain exceptional service standards, ensuring our clients receive the highest level of support.

  • \nSecond-Facing Sales Support: Assist sales specialists in challenging closing situations, leveraging your experience to coach them on techniques to seal the deal effectively.

  • \nP&L Management: Take ownership of your division's profit and loss, driving profitability through strategic initiatives and cost management.

  • \nData-Driven Decision Making: Utilise CRM systems and analytical data to track performance metrics, forecast outcomes, and inform decision-making processes.
