Job Title: Call Handler

Location: Enfield

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00



Job Overview:



We are seeking a motivated and professional Call Handler to join our team in Enfield. This role involves handling incoming calls, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that all client inquiries are managed effectively and efficiently.



Key Responsibilities:




  • Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Logging details of customer interactions and ensuring accurate records are maintained.

  • Directing calls to the appropriate department or individual when necessary.

  • Providing support on various queries, including troubleshooting or processing requests.

  • Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues in a timely manner.

  • Adhering to company policies and procedures to maintain service quality.



Required Skills:




  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  • Strong customer service skills and a problem-solving mindset.

  • Ability to handle high-volume calls effectively.

  • A calm and patient demeanor, especially in challenging situations.

  • Proficiency with computer systems and call handling software.

  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills.



Qualifications:




  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is desirable but not essential.

  • A good understanding of call handling protocols is an advantage.
