Excellent opportunity to join this expanding business who are seeking an experienced Call Handler to join their busy team. �We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with superb communication skills to provide administrative support to the team.



Key responsibilities for the Call Handler will include;




  • Responsible for taking a high volume of incoming calls

  • Act as first point of contact for clients over the phone

  • Dealing with queries from residents

  • Booking and rescheduling appointments

  • Extensive use of CRM system to update and track activity

  • Competent with MS Word and Excel ��

  • General ad hoc responsibilities within the business



Key skills required for the Call Handler will include;




  • Excellent communication skills and excellent phone manner

  • Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Word & Excel

  • Ability to work as part of a busy team

  • Experience using CRM systems

  • Good attention to detail
