We manage the advertising opportunities on a variety of street furniture products including Adshel bus shelters, Adbox newspaper security units and billboards, digital panels in shopping centres and on-street. Through this we have created a national network that reaches people in the public social space, drives footfall and generates word of mouth. The Company has a vacancy for a Campaign Executive with a particular emphasis on Digital. The person filling this role will be required to display initiative and an ability to deliver flexibility and changed work practices in line with continuing changing demands in a very dynamic market. The Role: Campaign Executive Reporting To: Account Manager The Role: The Campaign Executive will be a key member of our Sales & Admin team & will be responsible for the planning of poster & digital campaigns across Northern Ireland, including: This particular role will have a particular emphasis on digital planning, content management & reporting Operating a range of computer systems & Microsoft packages Working closely with campaign planning colleagues & the wider Sales team Build a strong & professional relationship with Specialist partners to develop briefs, and deliver strong out-of-home advertising campaigns & excellent customer service Support the Account Manager with reporting, admin & reviewing of our business Key Responsibilities: Work with Specialist partners to understand & progress proposals & briefs Collaborate with the campaign planning team to gain an understanding of the groups objectives Present ideas to Specialist partners & the wider Sales team Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, establish priorities & work well to deadlines &tight turnarounds Review all campaigns for accuracy & quality, also suggest alternative & appropriate solutions to maximise opportunities & ensure schedules are completed to brief. Maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment & adapt to changing priorities Ensure all steps of the planning & servicing administration process are managed correctly Develop an in-depth knowledge of Clear Channels portfolio, our position in the market & an understanding of competitive media & commercial awareness Essential Criteria: At least 1 years relevant working experience in a similar business role 5 GCSEs at level C including Maths & English Ability to work in a fast-moving sales environment with changing priorities & deadlines Excellent communication skills & interpersonal skills (verbal & written) IT literate & confident when using Microsoft packages including Excel & Outlook The Person: Enthusiastic & proactive individual with a passion for media Flexible approach to working hours Work independently under own initiative whilst having experience working with others Awareness of the media industry in Northern Ireland, desirable not essential Clean Driving License and/or strong geographical knowledge of Northern Ireland Self-motivated individual with the ability to successfully organise, prioritise & manage multiple projects Creative, imaginative & innovative Comfortable working under pressure Accuracy & attention to detail Driven personality with a desire to meet & exceed targets & deadlines Package: Salary £25,000 to £26,000 Bonus Structure Payable Overtime 30 days Annual Leave Birthday Leave Company Pension People Rewards Package Free Parking
