This position is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract based in London.Role SummaryGuild Esports is a global esports gaming-focused business based in the heart of Shoreditch, East London. We are looking for an Events and Facilities Manager to be based in London at our HQ. Co-owned by David Beckham, we stand at the forefront of competition and entertainment with our top-tier esports team, groundbreaking UK-based talent pipeline, and exclusive collaborations with exciting brands.Guild Esports have won 10 tournaments in FIFA, Rocket League, Valorant and fortnite and WRC. We currently compete in EAFC, Fortnite, Street Fighter 6,Tekken, APEX, MLBB and SIM Racing.The focus of this fixed contract role is to work primarily with our lead sponsor Sky, and other partners when required, on their campaign activations delivered by our in-house creative and production agency, Guild Studios. This involves managing our relationships across Sky, and potentially other partners, after signature of the deal to ensure both Guild Studios and our partners maximise the return from their campaigns and to strive for further business. These include our existing partner, Sky Broadband and new partners across other areas of the business such as, Sky Store, Sky Sports, Sky Mobile, Sky Retail, Sky VIP, etc. Working closely with all Guild departments, this role requires strong organisational skills coupled, ideally, with a passion for gaming. The Campaign Manager lives in Sky’s Guild campaigns and embodies both brands. The Campaign Manager is comfortable building the social plans (organic and paid) and activating social, influencer and digital campaigns, taking all results from campaigns and compiling the data into best in class reports and case studies ready to present to the company and our partners.Responsibilities Working within the Client Services team, the Campaigns Manager will be responsible for providing excellent client services for Sky and our other partners and their agencies and for highly effective campaign delivery:Management of Guild Studios campaigns in line with mutually beneficial business objectives, ensuring all contractuals are delivered in a timely manner and to the highest standard.Ensure appropriate media is selected and all campaigns adhere to a clearly defined marketing strategy per platform. Campaigns Manager will require excellent client services and account management skillsManagement of Guild and Guild Studios’ commercial partners, clients and campaigns to be defined and ongoing, in line with mutually beneficial business objectives and partnership KPIs, ensuring all contractual rights are delivered in a timely manner and to the highest standardWorking closely with Guild Studios clients to align on plans and to deliver effective campaigns, as per above, plus scheduling collaborative campaign posts with Sky’s social team, correctly tagging and optimising. Planning, implementation and evaluation of effective campaigns in line with the campaign objectives and budgets Work with Guild’s wider Social and Comms teams to ensure communication and online channels are aligned on all campaigns to deliver business objectives.Work with Guild’s content team on campaign ideation, asset delivery deadlines and capturing and reporting in-campaign and post-campaign to key stakeholders.Ensure always-on Sky inventory is up to date and communicated to relevant stakeholders across the Sky business.Utilise evaluation tools to track return on investment for our clientsDeliver reports to Sky highlighting how each campaign and activation perform in terms of reach, brand awareness, sentiment, and conversion.Create detailed campaign reports to be shared internally and externally with key stakeholders.Research, identify, and leverage insights supported by data to develop best in class PCA’s including recommendations for future executions which can be shared across the wider Sky business.Qualifications and Personal Attributes: Legal right to work in the UK.Based in LondonBachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.5+ years of experience in a related position.5+ years’ demonstrated experience in Client and/or Campaign Management in brand and/or agency environments.Proven track record of successfully delivering partner campaigns.Experience developing and cultivating successful relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally.Existing gaming, entertainment and lifestyle relationships and knowledge.Prior experience of working on campaigns for a large organisation with multiple stakeholdersExcellent persuasion and influencing skills at all levels.Enjoys systems and processes but also thrives on creative thinking.Willingness to learn and expand skill set into wider areas of the creative & media industries.Have a creative, fun and positive mindset and be able to think outside the box.Proactive, self-starter, willing learner and a team player.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), proven ability to effectively manage key working relationships.Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Ability to make critical and time-sensitive decisions.Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally, and have good control of personal emotions when responding to the public or stakeholders.Strong attention to detail.A passion for gaming / traditional sports / entertainment / pop culture.Willingness to develop professional skills.Ability to work in collaboration with all Guild teams and stakeholders.Have you got what it takes?
