Campaign Media Account Manager
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000
London - Hybrid
Our client is an industry-leading full-service Media Agency specializing in travel and tourism clients, is on the lookout for a talented Media Planner to join their vibrant team.
They are seeking an individual with a passion for crafting engaging media strategies, running successful campaigns, and fostering growth within the media department. As a Media Planner at the Agency, you will have the opportunity to work with renowned destinations from around the world, leveraging own branded DSP solution and booking extensive social media and out-of-home (OOH) campaigns.
Key Skills:
A degree in marketing, communications, advertising, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in media planning and buying, preferably within an agency environment.
Strong expertise in cross-channel media planning, including digital, traditional, social media, and OOH.
Proven track record of running successful media campaigns and achieving measurable results.
Excellent negotiation skills and experience in media buying, with knowledge of rates and media marketplace dynamics.
Familiarity with social stacks and programmatic advertising and experience with DSPs
Proficient in using industry-standard media planning and reporting tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven mindset.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities:
Media Planning and Strategy: Collaborate with valued clients to develop comprehensive media plans that align with their goals and resonate with their target audiences. Utilize your cross-channel expertise to identify the most effective media channels and platforms to reach and engage the desired audiences, including digital, traditional, social media, and OOH.
Campaign Execution and Presentations: Lead end-to-end campaign execution, working closely with talented creative, account management, and analytics teams. Prepare captivating presentations that showcase the strategic thinking behind the media plans and inspire confidence in clients' campaigns.
Media Buying and Negotiation: Utilize your media buying experience to negotiate favourable rates and secure optimal placements for clients' campaigns. Leverage branded DSP solution to book and optimize digital media campaigns efficiently.
Collaboration with Clients: Foster strong relationships with clients, gaining an in-depth understanding of their objectives, target audiences, and desired outcomes. Conduct regular meetings and provide valuable recommendations to optimise media plans and ensure campaign success.
Research and Analysis: Stay ahead of media trends and market dynamics through comprehensive research and analysis. Identify consumer insights and competitor activities to shape innovative media strategies that keep the Agency at the forefront of media planning.
Adaptability: clients regularly require integrated plans so an appreciation and willingness to work with the B2B, PR and creative teams is key
Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness and return on investment. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients for continuous campaign optimization.
Team Leadership and Growth: Play a pivotal role in the growth of the media department by leading and mentoring junior team members. Foster an environment of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
