Canteen Team Leader

Currently, we are recruiting for a Canteen Team Leader in Reading area.

The position is on a temporary ongoing basis.

Duties of a Canteen Team Leader:

• Making orders


• Speaking to suppliers


• Overseeing 4-5 member of staff


• Food preparation (sandwiches, baguettes etc)


• Making coffee and tea


• Customer service


• Working at the counter


• Ensuring that food handling and safety rules are followed


• Keeping tables and the canteen area clean

Skills of a Canteen Team Leader:

• Team Leader / Supervisor experience


• Must have experience working with food preparation 


• Experience working as a waiter / waitress / barista desired


• Customer service skills


• Food safety

Day shift available working Monday to Friday covering 40 hrs per week and the salary is £14.00 p/h. You must be available to work between 6.30 am and 4pm.

If candidates are only looking for 30 hrs / 4 days this also can be acceptable.
