Capital Estates Officer

We are actively seeking an experienced�Estates Officer�to work for an organisation based in Devon.� The contract will last an initial 6 months but with likely extension or permanent contract

Position:���������� Estates Officer (part time or full time)

Location: ������������Devon

Pay rate:���������� �27 to �33 per hour on an Umbrella or CIS basis

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead major and minor capital works on hospital sites


• Design capital works in line with HTMs and maintain drawings on MICAD


• Deliver capital projects to reduce backlog for health and safety and estates


• Value for money for capital programme


• Lead building, mechanical and electrical services and manage contractors


• Coordinate with Authorised Persons, Head of Estates and Health & Safety Manager


• Work with capital projects team and the wider estates department
