You will play a crucial role in structuring innovative investment products, developing strategies, fostering relationships with key stakeholders and ultimately bringing GPs onto the platform. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage partnerships with GPs
Structure and execute complex real estate investment deals (Residential real estate experience not required)
Drive business growth through new client acquisition and existing relationship management
Collaborate with internal teams to customize investment solutions for clients
Contribute to the company's expansion strategy in new markets
Requirements:
A strong UK General Partner Coverage
Strong deal-making and negotiation skills
Ability to structure and present innovative real estate investment products
Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Package
Base + commission as a percentage of deals closed
