Capital Programme Manager (Planned Capital Works)

Inside IR35

3-month Contract (Potential for Extension)

Full time - Hybrid working 2-3 days per week in the office

Panoramic Associates is currently working with a Local Authority client to facilitate the appointment of an experienced Capital Programme Manager to oversee planned capital works for council-owned properties.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • Lead on and mange the delivery of the Planned Capital Works programme on council owned property, ensuring key deliverables are met within time and budget.
  • Communicate effectively with consultants and external stakeholders
  • Clearly report back project milestones and progress to the board.
  • Lead on developing, writing and consistently reviewing strategies.

To be successful in the role you will have:

  • Experience working in a Local Authority setting.
  • Experience working at a similar level managing the delivery of planned capital work projects
  • Team management experience.
  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • CIOB or RICS qualification.

Next Steps:

This role is an initial 3-month contract with a potential for extension.

You will be required to be in the office 2-3 days per week, with the remainder remote.
