Capital Projects & Building Manager - North West

One of our Public Sector clients based in the North West is looking for a Building and Capital Projects Manager on an interim basis for 6 months with a view to extend.
Ideally you will:

• Based in a commutable distance to North West (3 days in office, rest is WFH)
• Have 5+ years experience within Building Surveying and Capital Projects experience.
• Be RICS or MCIOB qualified.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing x2 Building Surveyors, Admin Support Officer and Compliance Surveyor.
• Work on Budget Control and Risk Management
• Manage external teams, dealing and appointing contractors.
• Dealing with implementing repairs and maintenance and also their budgets and PPM.
