JOB TITLE: Capitals Markets Lawyer 1-3 PQE LOCATION: London SALARY: From £160k + Bonus A highly regarded corporate group based in London is looking to recruit a common law qualified lawyer into its Capital Markets team. You will be advising on a mix of structured finance and securitisation transactions, acting for arrangers, originators, and asset managers on transactions involving a variety of structures and asset classes, including CDOs, CLOs, mortgage securitisations, and commercial paper conduits. The successful candidate will have a strong academic background and at least one year of experience in securitisation, structured finance, and structured products, gained at a top-tier London practice.
