Location: Harlow, Essex
Salary: up to £18 per hour + Commission
Hours: 40 per week (1 hour unpaid lunch) (Operating on a 11 day per fortnight 5 days one week / 6 days the next)
Contract: Full-time

The Role

As a Prepper and Polisher, you will:

• Prepare vehicles for paintwork, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
\n
• Polish and finish vehicles to an exceptional standard.
\n
• Collect & Drop off vehicles to our mechanics & other local services
\n
• Assist in the bodywork process, ensuring quality control at all stages.
\n
• Work collaboratively to meet deadlines for vehicle delivery.
\n
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace.
\n

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will have:

• Full drivers license and access to a vehicle
\n
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality finishes.
\n
• The ability to work effectively in a team.
\n
• A strong work ethic, with a focus on safety and quality.
\n
• Experience working with cars is desirable but not essential - a can-do attitude is key!
