Car Sales Executive - New & Used Škoda | Edinburgh EH11 | Full Time | Realistic OTE in excess of £50,000 (uncapped) plus company car and other great benefits

West End Garage is an independent and privately-owned business working with Škoda since 1987. Today we are one of the UK’s leading dealerships for the brand with sites located in Edinburgh, Stirling and Dunfermline.

Due to our continued success, we are currently looking to bring on a new and used car Sales Executive for our Škoda Edinburgh dealership. You will be working within the company’s very busy Sales Department to ensure the company’s core values are always upheld.

The successful candidate will earn a basic salary of £27,266 and have the ability to earn in excess of £50,000 per year through our rewarding pay plan (uncapped); plus a company car and other great benefits.

Are you the right person for us?

Although not essential, the ideal candidate will retain a Sales Executive Accreditation within Škoda, Cupra/SEAT, VW or AUDI. The successful candidate will be expected to retain or gain accreditation within 12 months of their start date

• Previous experience in a similar role is essential
• Possess great negotiating skills
• Have a full valid driving licence
• Be enthusiastic and show a real willingness to learn

What will your role look like?

• Following a sales process, you will assist customers to purchase their vehicle from enquiry to viewing and from test drive to sale with the offer of finance options
• The successful candidate must be self-motivated and results-oriented, and possess the drive and determination to succeed in a competitive environment with a ‘no compromise’ approach to customer satisfaction. 
• Meeting and exceeding objectives, and informing customers on finance, insurance and accessory products available to them
• Naturally building a rapport with customers to help identify their needs
• Taking an active role in upholding the companies Health and Safety policy
