Job Title: Prestige New and Used Car Salesperson

Location: Leeds

Salary: Competitive Salary + Commission. �70k OTE

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Our client, a leader within the Yorkshire region for vehicle management solutions are looking to add to their team.

Offering car products/services ranging from sales, rental, lease, insurance, to both the commercial and domestic market, they now seek a motivated and dynamic New and Used Car Salesperson to join their car sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences


• Present and demonstrate the features and benefits of various new and used cars


• Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers


• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals


• Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives


• Stay up to date with the dealership's inventory and the latest market trends


• Handle administrative tasks associated with the sales process, including paperwork and vehicle registration


• Support other departments in busy times

Requirements:

• Proven experience in car sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close sales effectively


• Customer-focused with a friendly and approachable demeanour


• Good organisational skills and attention to detail


• A valid UK driving licence
