Carbon Data Analyst

Reporting to the ESG Manager, the Carbon Data Analyst will work with key stakeholders to collect, analyse and manage Carbon data pertinent to the delivery of F1’s Sustainability Strategy. The role will predominately have a focus on carbon data but will offer opportunity to work on wider ESG projects to enable the tracking of ongoing progress.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyse, and manage data and insights for ESG department, including carbon footprint data and identified KPIs related to the successful delivery of our Sustainability Strategy across Environment and Social programmes.Working with internal and external stakeholders to collect and validate dataEnsure data accuracy through internal quality checks.Identify trends and anomalies through data analysis.Create and manage tracking and reporting mechanisms.Identify opportunities for process improvement in data quality, reporting and presentation.Monitoring changes in external reporting landscape and advising how they apply to F1Assist and deliver on relevant legislative and voluntary reporting requirements.About YouA minimum of a bachelor's degree, preferably in an analytical or ESG/Sustainability related fieldExtensive analytical experience preferably in ESG/Sustainability related fieldExperience and knowledge in carbon footprint calculation and reportingConfident analytical skills, and confident in using appropriate systems including excel and other analysis toolsExceptional attention to detailAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentSelf-starter and ability to work well within a team
