Care Administrator

BDS Recruitment are currently recruiting for an Administrator to work within a Sheltered Housing Scheme based in the BN2 area of Brighton.



Working hours are 33 to 35 hours per week between Monday- Friday 9am- 5pm (flexible)



£12ph PAYE



You will be based within a beautiful service providing 76, one and two bed apartments, there are a range of onsite facilities to include, an attractive rooftop garden offering sea views, a lounge, hair salon, guest room and a cinema.

There is also a restaurant serving hot and cold dishes each day.



You will work with the Scheme Manager to help with administrative tasks within the scheme.



Duties include but will not be limited too;



Helping complete health and safety checks

Supporting with welfare checks

Writing up reports

Logging any relevant paperwork

Answering any correspondence from 3rd parties and residents



This is initially a 6 - month contract but a good chance of extending following this
