Are you an experienced Care Coordinator with a strong background in domiciliary care? We are looking for a dedicated and organised individual to join our team in Colchester, ensuring high-quality care delivery and compliance across our services.

\nKey Responsibilities:\n

• \nCompliance & Quality Assurance - Conduct spot checks, audits, and ensure adherence to CQC regulations and company policies.
\n
• \nStaff Support & Supervision - Provide guidance to the support team, ensuring best practices in care delivery.
\n
• \nScheduling & Rota Management - Coordinate weekly staff rotas, ensuring adequate coverage for all service users.
\n
• \nClient Visits & Assessments - Travel across Suffolk to conduct care assessments, reviews, and quality checks.
\n
• \nSafeguarding & Reporting - Monitor care standards, address concerns, and escalate any safeguarding issues appropriately.
\n

\nWhat We're Looking For:\n

• \nNVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent experience in domiciliary care).
\n
• \nPrevious experience in a Care Coordinator role within a domiciliary care setting.
\n
• \nFull UK driving licence (essential due to travel requirements).
\n
• \nStrong organisational and leadership skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
\n
• \nKnowledge of CQC regulations and a commitment to maintaining high compliance standards.
