Care Home Chef Manager - Godalming

Chef Manager, up to £31,000

We are looking for a passionate, talented, and dedicated Chef Manager for a care home situated in Godalming, you'll be catering for residents, making sure that dietary requirements are adhered to there is also a focus on fresh food and nutritional, healthy meals.

Key Information:

* Salary: £30,000 - £31,000

* Hours: 40 hours

* Location: Godalming

* Contract: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

* Lead, develop, coach, train, and inspire your team

* Have full control of stock, food, and labour costs

* Ensure consistency of food and service standards

* Manage and improve all controllable costs

* Oversee the main kitchen and menu development

* Deliver exceptional customer service

* Maintain company systems & procedures, and legislation

* Carry out regular audits

Ideal Candidate

Previous experience as Chef Manager or Head Chef

OND or HND qualified would be advantageous

Craft based experience using fresh ingredients

Knowledge of health and safety practices

Line management experience is advantageous

Experience within a similar environment
