- Providing top-quality person-centered care to all residents.
- Managing and supporting the staff team, offering guidance and supervision.

- At least 5 years' experience in the care sector at a senior level.
- Proven experience in leading and developing an effective staff team.
- Home Management experience within an elderly care home
- An NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent (or willingness to work towards it).
