Are you an experienced Care Home Manager looking for a new exciting role? We're on the lookout for a dedicated Home Manager to join our client's state of the art residential care Home near Worcester. They are a group of care homes spread across the the UK dedicated to providing top-notch nursing and residential care
As the Care Home Manager, you'll be offered a salary ranging from �55,000 plus an annual bonus scheme. You'll also have the opportunity for career progression and professional development within a supportive and inclusive environment.

Our client are a national care home group and are dedicated to providing exceptional Nursing, residential, and dementia care. Due to recent expansion, they are looking for a manager to take on the role to run one of their newly acquired homes
As the Care Home Manager, you will be accountable for:
  • Providing top-quality person-centered care to all residents.
  • Managing and supporting the staff team, offering guidance and supervision.
  • Recruiting and onboarding new staff, fostering a positive and encouraging team environment.
  • Partnering with the Area Manager to meet business objectives and compliance criteria.
  • Building strong relationships with all stakeholders.

The ideal candidate for the Care Home Manager role should have:
  • At least 5 years' experience in the care sector at a senior level.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing an effective staff team.
  • Home Management experience within an elderly care home
  • An NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent (or willingness to work towards it).
