Care Home Manager
As the Registered Care Home Manager, you will oversee the home's day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered. You will also manage staff performance, compliance, audits, and budgets and contribute to continuous improvements in service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the home
- Conduct staff appraisals, manage budgets, and implement policies to maintain high care standards
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and other legal requirements
- Provide strong leadership, fostering a positive work environment with high morale
- Conduct regular audits and ensure continuous improvements to service quality
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a care home environment
- Strong leadership and management skills
- In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance
